Ergo?
I just stumbled across this odd little chair.
It’s called the Ergo Ergo and is designed by a chap called Alan Heller. Apparently it promotes good back health and also moonlights as an exercise ball!
Since there is constant movement once you sit on it, your spine doesn’t get stiff, your core muscles get engaged and there is blood circulation as well. I wonder how long I’d last on one.
It is also recyclable!
